Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This giveaway is conducted by [Sojo Essential Wellness] (ABN: 96 977 134 965), located at [3 Bay st Botany NSW 2019], referred to as the "Promoter".

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who are able to attend the Promoter's location to redeem the prize.
Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families and anyone directly involved in administering the giveaway are not eligible.
Entrants must provide accurate contact information.

3. How to Enter

Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.
To enter, participants must complete and submit the official giveaway entry form on the Promoter's website.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
Duplicate, fraudulent, automated or incomplete entries may be disqualified.
Entries must be received during the promotional period.

4. Giveaway Period

Winner Announcement: [31/10/26]

Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

5. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive a year's worth of contrast therapy sessions, consisting of sauna and ice bath access, with a total advertised value of $4,100 AUD.

The prize includes:

A maximum of one (1) complimentary contrast therapy booking per week.
Up to 52 complimentary bookings during the 365-day prize period.
Access to the sauna and ice bath facilities included in the standard contrast therapy session.

The prize does not include additional treatments, upgrades, products or services unless expressly stated.

6. Prize Validity and Expiry

The prize is valid for 365 consecutive days from the date the winner is announced.
The validity period cannot be paused, suspended, extended or restarted at the winner's request, except where required by law.
All complimentary sessions must be completed within the 365-day period.
Any unused bookings automatically expire at the end of the prize period.
No refunds, credits, extensions or alternative compensation will be provided for unused sessions, except where required by law.

7. Weekly Booking Limit and Unused Sessions

The winner is entitled to a maximum of one (1) complimentary booking per calendar week (Monday to Sunday).
Unused weekly bookings do not accumulate, carry forward or roll over.
If the winner does not redeem their complimentary booking during a particular week, that week's entitlement is forfeited.
Missed weeks cannot be recovered by booking multiple sessions in a future week.
The maximum entitlement remains one complimentary booking per week, regardless of how many previous sessions have been missed.

8. Booking Conditions

All sessions must be booked in advance using the Promoter's standard booking process.
Bookings are subject to operating hours, facility availability and standard booking conditions.
The winner is responsible for arranging their bookings within the applicable weekly entitlement.
Bookings cannot be guaranteed for any particular day or time.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to provide booking opportunities throughout the prize period.
If the Promoter is unable to provide a session due to circumstances within its control, a reasonable alternative arrangement will be offered, subject to applicable law.

9. Cancellations and No-Shows

The winner must comply with the Promoter's standard cancellation and rescheduling policy, communicated at the time of booking.
Late cancellations and failure to attend a scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of that week's complimentary session.
Where sufficient cancellation notice is provided, the winner may reschedule within the same calendar week, subject to availability.
Cancelled or missed sessions cannot be transferred into subsequent weeks.

10. Non-Transferable Prize

The prize is strictly personal to the selected winner.
It cannot be transferred, gifted, shared, sold or exchanged.
The prize cannot be redeemed for cash, store credit or alternative services.
The winner may be required to provide identification when redeeming their sessions.

11. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
The draw will take place on [31/10/26]
The winner will be contacted via the email address provided upon entry.
The winner's first name and last initial may be announced through the Promoter's website or social media channels, subject to applicable privacy and promotional requirements.
The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim the prize.
If the prize remains unclaimed, the Promoter will follow the applicable legal requirements for an unclaimed prize and any redraw, including required notices and timeframes.

12. Health and Safety

All contrast therapy sessions are subject to the Promoter's standard health, safety and facility-use requirements.
The winner must comply with staff instructions and all applicable safety guidelines.
The winner is responsible for assessing their suitability for sauna and ice bath use and seeking medical advice where appropriate.
The Promoter may refuse or discontinue a session where reasonably necessary to protect the health or safety of the participant or others.
Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

13. Privacy and Marketing

Personal information collected through the giveaway will be used to administer the promotion, verify entries, contact the winner and award the prize.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
Entrants may separately opt in to receive promotional emails and marketing communications.
Marketing communications will include an unsubscribe option where required by law.
Entry into the giveaway does not require consent to receive unrelated marketing communications.

14. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility and validity of entries.
The Promoter may disqualify entries that are fraudulent, misleading or in breach of these terms.
Any cancellation, suspension or modification of the promotion will be undertaken only where reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law.
The Promoter is not responsible for entries that fail to be received due to technical issues outside its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these terms limits rights under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram.
