User Provided Information: SOJO Essential Wellness only collects personal information about individuals via the client information and registration form in order to make online purchases or undertake an experience in centre. SOJO may use the information provided to contact you with important information or with prior acceptance of email marketing. Personal information is for internal use only and will not be shared with external third parties without your permission.
Security Statement: SOJO Essential Wellness makes every effort to ensure that all online transactions are made secure.
Cancellation Policy: SOJO accepts changes in your appointment up to 24hours prior to your appointment time. Cancellations and rescheduling of appointments with less than 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment will be charged at the full price of the scheduled appointment. Online Bookings are available. Please note all prices for experiences and products are subject to change. SOJO Essential Wellness only accepts SOJO Essential Wellness Gift Cards, Cash, eftpos, Mastercard or Visa as payment.
Payment Methods: SOJO Essential Wellness accepts Cash, Mastercard, Visa, eftpos as well as direct debit for memberships.
AGE Limit: You must be at least 10 years of age to float. If you are under 16, you are required to attend your appointment with a parent or guardian. Any clients under 16 will require parental permission and supervision. You must be at least 16 years old to use the infrared Sauna. It is not recommended to use the infrared Sauna whilst pregnant. All Colonic treatments for under 18’s must be attended together with a parent or guardian.
Physical Readiness: SOJO Essential Wellness reserves the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance or present in a state that would cause risk to themselves or others. All Colonic treatments are to be booked via phone as our therapists must assess each client and ensure that there are no contraindications for the treatment.
Sanitation: SOJO Essential Wellness maintains the highest standard of hygiene and sanitation in all treatments. All services are maintained to the Government regulations and are sanitised in accordance to all COVID-19 standards.
Any water contamination in the floatation pods by the client with solutions i.e. oils, products, hair dye or colour, tanning solutions or human bodily fluids i.e. excrement, the client agrees to incur the financial expense of water replacement, at a cost of $1500 per pod.
Policy Changes: SOJO Essential Wellness reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
Complaints and feedback: SOJO Essential Wellness takes all complaints and feedback seriously. We see them as an opportunity to improve on our service to our clients. We endeavour to take action in a structured way to ensure equity and equality for all involved. Any client may contact us in person, via email, phone or via a third party on your behalf anonymously. Once received, SOJO Essential Wellness will review it and make every attempt to resolve the matter within 48 hours.
